show Abstracthide AbstractThe project included female patients diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer, presenting tumor biopsies with < 60% of malignant cells and paired with blood samples. Genetic material (DNA) was isolated from tumor and blood samples, amplified for BRCA1, BRCA2, TP53 genes by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequenced by massive parallel sequencing. These sequencing was performed in a single run on the MiSeq platform (Illumina, San Diego, Estados Unidos), with 150Ã?150 paired end reads.Samples from 56 patients were included at DDBJ database. Sample alias indicates patient by number followed by B (blood) or T (tumor) according to tissue of origin.
